How much will my lawn cost?
Every lawn is a little different. Tell us its size, condition, and what you'd like done. Lawn Trimmer will review your request and confirm the price before you agree to any work. Submitting a request does not charge you.
How do I book a mow?
Choose a service, add your property details, and request a preferred day and time. Your request stays pending until the business confirms coverage, price, and availability. The time windows shown are preferences, not live reserved slots.
Do you offer regular lawn care?
You can request weekly, fortnightly, or monthly care. Your preferred schedule is included in your request and will be agreed with the business before a recurring service begins.
What happens if it rains?
Wet conditions can make mowing unsuitable. If your visit needs to change, contact the business through the enquiry form to agree on another time. Automatic weather alerts are not enabled on this website.
Do I need to be at home?
Include access instructions in your request and let us know about locked gates or pets. Before a visit, remove toys and other obstacles from the lawn and secure pets. The business will confirm any access arrangements with you.
Can I cancel or change my request?
Signed-in customers can cancel pending requests in My lawn. To change a request, cancel it and submit a new one, or use the contact form. For confirmed work, contact the business to agree on the change; any cancellation terms will be confirmed before service.
Is my suburb covered?
Submit your suburb and postcode with your quote request or enquiry. The business's final service area has not yet been configured, so all locations need coverage confirmation before a visit can be accepted.
How does the mobile app work?
This is a mobile-friendly web app, not an App Store download. Once published, open it in your phone browser and use Add to Home screen. You can request a service, save a property, and view your account from the same website.
